Skytop Builders Private Limited,its milestone project ‘Skytop Golf Village’ is located on the Mysore-Coorg-Mangalore Highway at Yelwal in the outskirts of Mysore. The proposed project is world class leisure and residential community spread out over 602 sprawling acres. It has been envisioned as a complete, self-contained township around an 18 hole championship Golf Course where every home is designed to the most demanding international standards. The amenities provided at Skytop Golf Village meets the needs of any golf loving family with excellent landscaping scenic beauty and soothing water bodies. 

The Golf Course is being designed by international golf course architects, Swan Golf Designs of UK and our Golf consultant is Mr.Nandan Heblikar. The Architects and Master Planners are M/S Arch Group of Dubai.

The project has been cleared by the State Level Single Window Clearance Committee (SLSWCC) and is in the process of acquisition by the Karnataka Industrial Areas Development Board (KIADB) on consent basis.The proposed Skytop Golf Village will be developed as a landmark project with technology and know-how to cater to the needs of the modern requirements in commercial space; housing and comfortable living conditions.

 The project will be completed in 3 phases i.e., (1) Golf Course, (2) Villa and (3) Apartments. The total duration of the project is estimated at 5 years. 

The Company has signed up with the JAIN GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS to start a state-of-the-art day school in the upcoming Golf Village project. The design has been finalised and work will start soon at the project site.
