Jeev Milkha Singh, the ace golfer of India is now Brand Ambassador of SKYTOP GOLF VILLAGE, a unique township project by Skytop Builders.

A Profile

Jeev Milkha Singh, son of legendary Indian athlete Milkha Singh, is the highest ranked Indian golfer in the world. Born on December 15, 1971, Jeev was the first Indian golfer to become a member of the European Tour.

2006; Jeev won the Volvo China Open, becoming the second Indian to win on the European Tour after Arjun Atwal.

2008:Jeev won the Barclays Singapore Open and  the Golf Nippon Series JT Cup  and was ranked 36 in the world. Singh received India's fourth highest civil honour the Padma Shri in 2007.

2010:Jeev plarticipated in the recently concluded Barclays Scottish Open at Loch Lomond where he finished in a tie for 49th and is currently world ranked at 111.

Saturday, 13th Dec 2008- a red letter day for Skytop Builders.

 An event was organized in Mysore to launch “Skytop Golf Village” and honour Jeev Milkha Singh for his outstanding achievement in Golf.

On Dec 13th, Singh was accorded a warm welcome by Mayor Mr. Ayub Khan, MLA Shankarlinge Gowda on his arrival at the entrance arch gate of Mysore City. He was garlanded with the traditional nadaswaram playing in the background. Jeev was accompanied by B L Nagendra Prasad, Managing Director of Skytop Builders Pvt Ltd and other dignitaries.

Later, Jeev inspected the Course of Skytop Golf Village, interacted and provided tips to the young golfers present there. Nandan Heblikar, Golf Consultant for this project explained the features of the project.

Jeev is to start an Academy in Skytop Golf Village to encourage young talent.

This was followed by the press meet. Jeev unveiled and launched the Skytop Golf Village project. He said he was happy to endorse such a massive project.

The project will be completed in a phased manner in 5 years time. The other prominent speakers of the event were Archana Vishwanath, Director, Jain Academy for Sporting Excellence and Alexander Moore, Managing Director, LJ Hooker Project Marketing.
